Shipping
1. Delivery area
Delivery is limited to Germany and to residential addresses where personal handover is possible.
2. Age check
DHL performs a visual 18+ age check at delivery. Delivery may be refused if age cannot be confirmed.
3. Costs
Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown before the paid order action.
4. Tracking
Tracking details appear in the customer account after the supplier reports dispatch.
