1. Adult products
E-cigarettes, liquids and nicotine products are offered only to persons aged 18 or over.
2. Online control
A simple age notice is not verification. Live checkout requires a specialist online age-verification result.
3. Delivery
DHL visual age check 18+ is used at handover. It is not represented as an identity check.
4. Fail-closed
Checkout stays locked while the online age provider, payment approval, supplier and exact SKU compliance gates are incomplete.
