Protection of minors
1. Adult products
E-cigarettes, liquids and nicotine products are offered only to persons aged 18 or over.
2. Online control
A simple age notice is not verification. A specialist provider verifies identity and adult status once. The resulting 18+ proof is bound to the customer account and verified name; later checkouts require secure sign-in and fresh order-data confirmation.
3. Age-verification provider
OneGuard is technically connected for a one-time document, face-match and liveness check. Public checks are displayed only after provider/privacy approval and an end-to-end test are documented. A verified proof can later be reused through the signed-in account; the shop checkout remains independently controlled by its other approval gates.
4. Reverification
Revocation, changed identity details, expiry or a new verification policy requires a new provider check. ID images and ID numbers are not stored by the shop.
5. Delivery
DHL visual age check 18+ is used at handover. It is not represented as an identity check and does not replace online verification.
6. Fail-closed
Checkout stays locked while the online age provider, payment approval, supplier and exact SKU compliance gates are incomplete.
