Terms and conditions
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to consumer orders from 24/7 Automaten Harz, proprietor Markus Jaworek. Deviating terms apply only if expressly accepted.
2. Legal age
Orders are permitted only for persons aged 18 or over. Age is checked online and again by DHL visual 18+ age check at delivery.
3. Offer and contract
Product displays are not binding offers. The customer reviews and corrects entries before the clearly labelled paid-order action. An automated receipt confirmation only records receipt; the contract is concluded by explicit acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Final prices include statutory VAT. Shipping is shown before the order. Only payment methods displayed in checkout are available.
5. Delivery and availability
Delivery is limited to German residential addresses at which DHL can perform its visual 18+ age check. Parcel lockers, post offices, parcel shops, PO boxes and drop-off locations are excluded. If stock is unavailable, the customer is informed and payments already made are refunded.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until fully paid.
7. Cancellation
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the separate cancellation policy.
8. Defects
Statutory warranty rights apply. Prompt reporting of transport damage is requested but does not limit those rights.
9. Dispute resolution
We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
10. Governing law
German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections at the consumer's habitual residence.
