Cancellation policy
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period generally begins when the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods.
2. Exercise
Send a clear withdrawal statement to 24/7 Automaten Harz, Markus Jaworek, Radaustraße 8, 38667 Bad Harzburg, or service@24-7-automaten-harz.de.
3. Consequences
Payments received, including standard delivery costs, are reimbursed within the statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return
Goods must be returned promptly and no later than fourteen days after notification. Statutory exceptions, including certain sealed goods after opening, remain applicable.
5. Model form
State your name, address, order number, goods and the date of order or receipt, and clearly declare withdrawal.
