What information does service need?

Machine ID, approximate purchase time, amount and a short description. Never send PINs, complete card numbers or ID copies.

Can I submit a product request?

Yes. Up to five requests can be submitted anonymously for a machine. Results are internal only.

Does AI issue refunds automatically?

No. Financial actions remain locked behind fixed evidence and control rules.

How is age checked?

The current online checkout is locked. A real online age-verification service and DHL visual 18+ check are mandatory before live orders.
